Items purchased from Cool Little Ones are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn and unwashed condition and still have the original packaging. Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue you a different item or a refund. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
